About Me
I'm Christina. A while back, MS became part of my life, and I've spent a lot of time since then figuring out how to talk about it — to doctors, to family, to friends, and honestly, to myself. This blog is where I'm putting that into words.
MS Playbook isn't a medical resource, and I'm not a doctor. It's a personal record of what this journey actually looks like: the appointments, the adjustments, the days that go sideways, and the days that go better than expected. I'm writing it for me, first — to process things and keep track of what I've learned — and I'm publishing it in case any of it is useful to someone else walking a similar path.
I'll write about whatever feels relevant at the time — symptoms and how I'm managing them, mindset, small wins, setbacks, things I wish someone had told me earlier. It won't always be tidy, and it won't always be upbeat. That's kind of the point.
If you're here because you or someone you love is dealing with MS, I'm glad you found this. Feel free to follow along on the blog.
